BravaGuest Terms and Conditions
These terms explain the BravaGuest service, subscriptions, host responsibilities and optional printed products.

1. About the service
BravaGuest provides hosted digital guest guides and optional products or services selected at checkout.
2. Host accounts and information
Hosts are responsible for supplying accurate, lawful and appropriate property information. Submitted changes may require administrator approval before they become public.
3. Plans, payments and renewals
Plan features, prices and billing periods are shown before purchase. Recurring plans continue until cancelled in accordance with the checkout and subscription terms.
4. Printed products and upgrades
Printed QR cards, custom setup and other upgrades may have separate production, delivery and fulfilment times.
5. Availability and acceptable use
The service must not be used for unlawful content, harmful links or public display of sensitive access credentials where this would create a security risk.
6. Cancellation and data retention
Access may enter a grace or suspended state after cancellation or failed payment. Retention periods and restoration options are set by the service administrator.
