BravaGuest helps accommodation owners create a professional digital Guest Guide, Property Website, or both. Everything is managed from one place and designed specifically for independent accommodation businesses.
BravaGuest is designed for B&Bs, guest houses, holiday cottages, apartments, lodges, cabins, glamping stays, small hotels and other independent accommodation providers.
The Guest Guide is for booked guests who need practical stay information. The Property Website is for promoting your accommodation and helping potential guests learn more or book.
Yes. The Bundle includes both the Guest Guide and Property Website for the same property.
Choose a plan, create your account and add your property information. BravaGuest then uses that information throughout your chosen setup.
No. BravaGuest is designed so you can manage your content without needing coding or website-building experience.
Guests can open it using your BravaGuest web address or by scanning your permanent BravaGuest QR code.
You can add check-in details, Wi-Fi, access instructions, house rules, property instructions, emergency information, directions and local recommendations.
Yes. You can update your property information whenever you need to, and guests will see the latest version.
Your website can include pages such as Accommodation, Gallery, Local Area and Booking, plus other pages relevant to your property.
Yes. Your content is stored separately from the design, so you can switch between available templates without re-entering everything.
Yes. You can request a change through support, subject to the new BravaGuest address being available.
Yes. The QR code is linked to your permanent BravaGuest property ID, so changing your subdomain does not mean replacing the QR code.
It can open your Guest Guide, Property Website or Welcome Page, depending on your setup.
Yes. You can link to Airbnb, Booking.com or your own direct booking page.
Yes. BravaGuest pages are designed to work across phones, tablets and desktop computers.
Yes. You can allow your Property Website to be indexed by search engines.
No. Guest Guides are intended for guests and are configured not to appear in normal search results.
Yes. A custom domain can be connected as an optional upgrade.
Yes. You can start with your BravaGuest subdomain and add a custom domain later.
